There is no dialog in the flashback in FFIVa. I recalled that there was in a previous version, and after looking around, I’ve found that it was in our “FF2″ and the Japanese FFIV easy type. In these versions, the Elder asks what they (I assume Mysidia) have done (to Baron) to deserve this. The wizards refuse to get out of the way, and are killed. The Elder then changes his mind and says that they can have the crystal. Why this was cut out of FFIV hard type, Chronicles and Advance is beyond me.</i> Actually, nothing was "cut."
