As I uh... never went back to the game after that. lol

As for the recipes, fixed some though can't really find more info on those. So guess you can use this site for a list, or use this site.

Not sure if I'll load the game again to check it myself. Probably won't play it again either, sadly.

And another game thread I forgot to come back and update. lol

I did end up replacing one of my Wii U controller sticks (which was a bit nerve racking as I'm not really a hardware guy and not that great at that kind of stuff).  But for whatever reason (probably due to other games and lack of time in general) I never went back to BotW on Wii U.

Now I have the Switch version but it's hard for me to really get back into.  I just think about how far I was on the Wii U version and lose a bit of motivation (since I have to redo literally everything).  On the Switch version I'm at the point where I should be heading to the Zoras/first beast but was trying to find more shrines first. I haven't played in a while though.

Overall I think the Switch version actually looks and runs a bit better than the Wii U version.  Having said that though, the shrine where you need to use motion controls is literally impossible if you're not docked and using joycons (imo).  I tried for a while to do it and couldn't til I docked the machine and managed to finally get it using the joycons.  I still have no idea why Nintendo forced that and I dread finding the other shrines that use motion too.

Hopefully one day I'll get motivation to replay this awesome game in full and actually beat it this time around.

Only four months later.. lol.

Got hooked on the game again and I'm pretty much caught up to where I was on the Wii U.  I am missing the one weird motion controlled shrine that I was in when my Wii U stick went dead but I'm in no rush to go find it again lol.

I may actually be in a better position than I was on the Wii U version too.  I have the Hylian shield (which I didn't before), Master Sword (had that), 15 hearts and 3(? I think) upgrades to the stamina wheel.   I have two long-ranged bows so I can farm the forest dragon (which I couldn't before) and have unlocked all fairy fountains (was missing 1 on the Wii U).

Now all I really need to do is actually play through the rest of the story.   And of course FF7R came out as I decided to play BotW...so if I switch games I probably won't be back to this one in a long time.  Hopefully I remember what I was doing when I do eventually come back to it.

Finally beat it lol.  Only took me forever and a day.  Thanks covid for giving me the free time to actually sit down and play this again lol.

Technically I still have tons of shrines, even more amounts of koroks, and all the DLC stuff to find/use/do but at least the game itself is beaten for now.
