I tried to play some obscure Japanese NES game called Holy Diver. It’s like if Castlevania and Battletoads had a baby. It plays a lot like Castlevania (except with magic) but has the difficulty that I think surpasses Battletoads. Even the first boss is a bit insane. I played it for nearly 18 min before I gave up.
